Ahto Lobjakas, an Estonian, is based in Brussels and has covered the European Union and NATO for RFE/RL since 2000. He graduated from the University of Lund, Sweden, in 1994. He spent two postgraduate years at Oxford University, and also worked at the Estonian Embassy in London. Lobjakas began working for RFE/RL in 1995 freelancing for the Estonian Service from London. |
