Fajita is generally beef, chicken, pork or shrimp grilled and served on a flour tortilla with condiments. The chicken is worked with onions and bell peppers. Fajita is served to the table sizzling loudly on a metal platter with tortilla and condiments on the side. Making your lips watery?

The simple ingredients used are ketchup, warm honey, lemon’s juice, butter, Louisiana sauce, white vinegar, chopped tomato, garlic and onion and dry cayenne peppers. Buffalo hot wing sauce has become an institution to reckon with, based on these readily available items-unbelievable, is it not?

Some researchers claim that the positives of drinking red wine go beyond cardiovascular benefits. A number of studies have discovered that an antioxidant concentrated in the skin of the grape, resveratrol, may actually help inhibit the growth of cancerous tumors. Research into the properties of resveratrol also indicates that it may be helpful in the formation of nerve cells, and so could potentially be a factor in the treatment of neurological diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.
